Each of the houses has 3 bedrooms and a shaded wrap around terrace overlooking the pool. The terraces are large enough to accommodate 3 tables and seating for up to 18. Indoors wooden beams, brick vaulted ceilings and a Spanish style arched window combine with the polished stone floors to give a country feel to the villa. Surrounding the properties is a mature garden and at the centre is the large pool and jacuzzi.

Should you wish we can also arrange for breakfast to be prepared and served; ideal when there is a large group.

There is a daily pick up/drop off beach service for those people who prefer not to hire a car.

Gümüşlük is a favourite destination; situated on the west side of the Bodrum Peninsula just 30 minutes from Bodrum town. Its situation, on the ancient site of Myndos has ensured that the beach front area has not been spoiled by any large scale development and it has retained its fishing village charm and being on the west coast of the Peninsula it's the best place for sun sets!

Divers will tell you that Gümüşlük is a great place for snorkelling; in the calm waters of the lagoon side of the bay all sorts of sunken ruins can be found and there is a causeway – sometimes above water sometimes below – to Rabbit Island where almost tame rabbits run around. Situated on a small country lane this attractive development offers a peaceful and quiet location not far from the ever popular Gümüşlük beach and a huge choice of restaurants.

Entrance to hallway. Open plan living area with sitting area with French doors to terrace, air conditioning and steep steps up to gallery with desk. Dining area with fire place and kitchen area with French doors to terrace. Hallway to master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower/wc. Bedroom with twin beds and further bedroom with double bed (Aysel) or bunk beds (Birdal and Cansu) sharing a bathroom with shower/wc. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

FACILITIES:

Hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, satellite TV, wi-fi internet access. Hairdryer. All bedrooms and the open plan living area have air conditioning. Barbecue. A washing machine is available for guests use in the laundry area. AIR CONDITIONING is available at an extra charge which is payable locally.

SWIMMING POOL:

13 x 7.93 metres with a depth ranging from 1.5 to 1.65 metres. Jacuzzi 2.4 x 2.75 metres. Pool side shower.

Nearest beaches - The open side of Gümüşlük beach is within a 2km. walk of the property, alternatively a very short drive will bring you to the lagoon side of the bay with its excellent snorkelling. The sandy beaches on the south side of the Peninsula are all within a 25 minute drive.

SHOPS & RESTAURANTS:

There is a village shop just minutes from the property stocked with everyday items including fresh bread, fresh eggs and ice creams; once weekly there is a fruit and vegetable market. The nearest large supermarkets are in Turgutreis (15 minutes drive) or Yalikavak (25 minutes drive) both have weekly fruit and vegetable markets. There are many restaurants on Gümüşlük beach.

NOTES:

The steps to the gallery are quite steep and not suitable for small children although we can gate this area.

Car hire is recommended but not essential and there is a daily beach pick up/drop off service from the villas.
