IBE Travel Social Responsibility-Project in the Macahel region

The persistent loser, who could learn. Or: learn from your mistakes.

With this project we would like to prove that the industry of tourism can learn from its past mistakes. Especially in Turkey there have been systematically made detrimental alterations to areas and coastal strips during the past decades, so that nowadays there is not much left of their natural nativeness.

The CSR-Project in the Macahel region shows that it is possible for a tourist to explore a territory without being responsible for its destruction, neither directly nor indirectly. In addition to that, it shows that as a traveler one can actively realize the main principle of environmental sustainability and aid the native people of that territory.

Fair and sustainable tourism

For IBE Travel the CSR is a cornerstone of the business action. With our Fair Tourism-CSR-Project in the Macahel region we offer a concept of traveling which can consider the principle of environmental sustainability as its 'own'. Also, we offer an approach that recognizes developed areas which deserve protection and that contributes to the preservation of the flora and fauna. A concept, which focuses on the products of the region and teaches how these are fabricated in harmony with nature.
