• Check in 16:00
• Pilates Session – 60 min.
  60 minute mat work program combines breathing, stretching, body and muscle work within the level of beginner.
• Solarium Session – 15 min.
• Dinner (Hypoxi Menu, ideal hour between 19:30-20:30)

2.Day

• Breakfast (Hypoxi Menu, ideal hour 09:00)
• Pilates Session – 60 min.
  Mat work program combines breathing, stretching, body and muscle work within the level of beginner.
• Hypoxi – 30 min. S120 or L250 or Vacunaut Program (depending on body type)
• Lunch (Hypoxi Menu, ideal hour between 12:30-13:00)
